Product Introduction

ETFE (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer) high temperature insulated wire, manufactured with a high-purity tinned/silver-plated stranded copper conductor and one-piece extruded ETFE insulation. Compared with FEP and PFA fluoropolymer wires, this product offers superior mechanical toughness, abrasion and crack resistance, and flex resistance. It also withstands wide temperature extremes, weathering and aging, corrosion, and provides flame-retardant insulation with halogen-free environmental benefits. It features excellent dimensional stability and strong adhesion — a premium fluoropolymer wire balancing high strength and high weatherability, compliant with RoHS, REACH, ELV and PFAS requirements.

Installation & Precautions

⚠ Minimum bending radius ≥ 6× cable outer diameter; strictly control temperature and duration during soldering/crimping; do not exceed voltage rating or run continuously above 180°C; safe and non-toxic at room temperature — above 250°C, thermal decomposition may release fluorine-containing fumes; store in a dry, ventilated, cool place away from open flame and strong oxidizers.
